Our client was 46 when he was mistakenly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an untreatable disease. In fact, he had an arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a condition which was quite treatable. As the AVM went untreated for several months, he suffered irreversible damage to his spine, putting him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
