Abramson, Brown & Dugan is pleased to announce that after a seven day trial, attorney Nick Abramson has received a $250,000 verdict from a Merrimack County Jury after less than an hour of deliberations in a zero offer medical malpractice case involving IV infiltration of a vesicant chemotherapy drug into our client’s hand.  Tragically our client unfortunately passed away before trial from his cancer, but his widow finally got the justice she deserved, thanks to Nick Abramson and his hard work.

Nick joined the firm in 2016 following a four year tenure as a federal prosecutor trying complex criminal cases. His practice currently is focused on representing plaintiffs in matters involving medical malpractice and high-damage personal injuries, and he serves as co-chair of the firm’s federal practice group. Nick has been awarded “Best Lawyers: One to Watch” for the past two years by Best Lawyers for his outstanding professional excellence practicing medical malpractice law in New Hampshire.
