Our client was working on the roof of a building under construction when he fell through a hole that had been covered by plywood. He fell nearly twenty feet and hit his head on the concrete floor. He was in a coma for several months, but eventually emerged. His physical recovery was excellent but he continues to have significant memory deficits.

The case settled after suit but prior to trial for $2,350,000.
