Failure to Diagnose Malpractice Case Award-$6,000,000
A 2-year-old dies. The cause-failure to diagnose a ruptured stomach. Her parents filed the suit against doctors at Pinnacle Health at Harrisburg Hospital, Geisinger Partners in Pediatrics-Nanticoke, and Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. Lauren Readler died a horrible death because of an undiagnosed illness. The jury found for the child’s family and awarded $6,000,000. No amount of money will ease their suffering and pain.
