Child Toy Recall
The Consumer Product Safety Commission in cooperation with Graco Children’s Products, Inc. has issued a recall of 2,400 Jump ‘n Jive™ Doorway Jumpers due to a choking hazard. According to the federal agency, the doorway jumpers include detachable toys that are attached to the jumper straps with strips of hook and loop fabric. The strips of fabric are not permanently attached to the toys and can become detached during use, posing a choking hazard. The doorway jumpers are sold in retail stores such as Babies R Us and other children’s stores as well as online from Amazon.com for approximately $55. CPSC is instructing consumers to stop using the toys and discard the detachable toys and fabric strips.
